We can begin training emotional intelligence by training attention. By examining our thoughts and emotions from a third person perspective we don’t get swept up in the emotion.

How did you find the two minutes of mindfulness?
“mindfulness is the mind of just being.”
Taking two minutes to look back at your life and being thankful about your daily life definitely helps. Sometimes when you are stressed you need a break to just calm yourself by breathing in and out deeply. As you repeat this mindful practice you will strengthen your self more and would be able to handle trial times.
